A Heart for Jesus & Portland

Redemption Church shares a deep love for Jesus, for one another, and for the people of Portland. We aim to bring many different people together around the good news of forgiveness and new life through our salvation in Jesus Christ.

In this new community, we desire to see believers flourishing in their faith. We pray that by God’s grace, people will grow abundantly, follow Christ wholeheartedly, and live together on mission in our city.

We desire to bless the city of Portland by being a blessing to the people of Portland. We are rooted here, and we love our city. In fact, many of our members live close to where our church gathers each week (right across the street from Scott Elementary School on NE Prescott Street). Our proximity in Portland allows us to be accessible and available to one another, and it gives us a strong presence in the city we love.
